So, I was going to watch the movies but I realized all I have was some old VHS of them in my closet. But I don't have a VHS player anymore. I also don't have a DVD player because I primarily use TV, Netlfix, and the internet for my video media. Anyone know of another way to watch them? They aren't available on netflix, amazon instant video, or anything really. Is the only way to watch the star wars movies really via disc?

You can pick up a DVD player for next to nothing these days. Hell even Blu-Ray players can go for less than €50. Personally, I prefer to have hard copies of my films. Media drives can crash or accidentally be wiped. At least if you have them on disc you can just rip them again and not worry about them getting scratched.

When I saw the title of the thread, I was gonna say that The Den (http://www.blu-ray.com/community/gallery.php?member=Monkey_Boy) would be THE PERFECT PLACE to watch "Star Wars" (I do it every year :) ), but then I read the opening post and became confused as to what you're asking. I think you wanna ask "How to watch "Star Wars"", and my answer would be the Blu-rays are the best way to go for picture and sound! If you're one who only wants to watch the UOT, then get the Limited Edition DVD Set that came out some years ago. You can get 'em for pretty cheap at places like FYE (and the great thing about that place is they usually have a "Buy 3, Get 1 Free Sale" or something similar), only you won't get the comics that originally came with the movies when they were originally released. Or you can just go buy a VCR for extremely cheap at a pawn shop.
