I've only read Recovery so far and found it to be an enjoyable story.

Ylesia has some current importance considering Thrackan´s role in LoTF, features the end of the Peace Brigade, Pwoe etc and overall it´s nicely done and gives a view the planet some 35 years after the Han Solo trilogy. A Forest Apart is a rare story where Chewbacca stars - with his family, which I really liked - and is also well written story but with few surprises. I don´t think that any of the stories really is in the "must read" -category, but these two are good stories themselves and worth reading.

Ylesia was a good read, I liked that.

I'd reccomend checking they're not reprinted in a book you will read anyway though.

What are all the different Star Wars e-books?
I can think of Recovery, the Darth Maul one, Ylesia, and a Forest Apart. Did Zahn also write one

    E-books
    Recovery (Star By Star): excellent
    Saboteur (Shadow Hunter): mundane boredom
A Forest Apart (Tatooine Ghost): average but okay
Fool's Bargain (Survivor's Quest): generic and dumbed down, utterly passable
Ylesia (Joiner King): generic action, nothing special, but a public foot-rubbing Jagged?!
Targets (Triple Zero): pretty good, but typical Traviss passive action

    Ministories
    Equipment (Shatterpoint): average but okay
    Corphelion Interlude (Tatooine Ghost): excellent
Fellowship of the Ring: utter boredom

I really enjoyed Fool's Bargain, and Ylesia is cracking. "Oh, look, a ginger Wookiee. They're not very smart..."

    Darth Maul: Saboteur; loved it.
Fool's Bargain generic story and Zahn's 'ohnoes, teh ubersmurf' just without, em, the smurf. :p
Recovery was ok, but I realy hate Leia/Han stories.
Ylesia; got it first in pdf but stoped reading half-way thru. Then finaly read it in Joiner King. Jaina/Jag playing cards->ok, but Trackan Solo&co->bad.

What about that Cestus Deception tie-in, Hive? Something with OB1 saving royal eggs iirc.

Now if you include The Two Towers and The Return of the King, I'd be in complete agreement with you.[face_whistling]

There is also the the one e-book story, The Hive, which appears at the end of The Cestus Deception. It wasn't bad, and the end was sort of funny in a way.

That wasn't an e-book. It appeared in the Insider Magazine a few issues back.
