Which is your favourite A Song of Ice and Fire novel?

I tried really, really hard to get into them because the story sounds fascinating, but I just couldn't do it. I'll try again sometime, though. I'm always willing to give a fantasy book another go.

 

Storm of Swords. Never seen a book so long it had to be split in 2 before, though.

 

Storm of Swords for me. It continues all the things that make the first two novels great, but adds the PoV of the best character in the series

A Game of Thrones remains my favorite. Many of the characters have grown in interesting ways, and many more new and exciting ones have been added, but the introduction to Martin's masterpiece of a world is still the most enjoyable read for me.

 

Game of Thrones (actually haven't gotten around to reading the rest).

 

I'll go with the first one, A Game of Thrones.

 

Game of thrones, didnt read past the second book. i dunno i loved the first book but the series as a whole didnt really get me hooked
