Discussions Which Star Wars Metal or Alloy would you pick for Armor or Materials?

Came to wondering - Metals - well a number of Metals in Star Wars are mentioned both in the EU and the Canon BUT I was wondering then of all the Metals - which ones would you like? Perhaps the most expensive types or alloys such as Bes'Kar Gam, Cortosis or Phrik? Or perhaps something like Duranium, Bronzium, Durasteel to name a few would suffice? I mean given Bes'Kar Gam is practically nearly impervious to most firepower and weaponry and Cortosis - refined Cortosis can short-out Lightsabers and Cortosis even in raw ores can easily absorb energy and be dangerous ... and Phrik being the expensive alloy used for the Electrostaffs of the IG-100 Magnaguards - able to withstand a few blows of a Lightsaber before it snaps ... well better than most other materials anyways but which Metals or alloys would you pick? And explain WHY!

For my part - whatever that can digest Lightsabers would be my pick ... afterall I always thought it was cool to have the Electrostaffs ...
