Which star wars species would you eat?

I know that the title sounds really gross, believe me I was grossed out too.

My sister and her friend were having an in depth discussion yesterday about which of the many species in the Star Wars saga they would eat if they had a choice of eating one. I was thoroughly grossed out, but then I got to thinking.

My sister (who is actually a vegetarian in real life so it was even more surprising that she was having this discussion ), was coming up with some surprising reason as to why we SHOULDN'T eat some species.

For example:

Her friend said Ewoks and my sister said they would be too stringy because they work too hard.

And then he said Wookiees and she said they wouldn't be good because they are too lean.

(Seriously... this is gross )

So, my question to you fine people is:

Which Star Wars species would you eat?

Once you get over your initial feeling gross, you'll start thinking as I did

I ate Padme when I had a SW birthday cake a couple years back. She tasted...creamy.
