Who was Yoda before Yoda?

We all know that Yoda is the Grand master Jedi in the SW universe that we are all familiar with, and we also know that the Jedi were around far before TPM, so who was the "Yoda" of their time? Maybe that was touched upon in the EU and I missed it?

 

I vaguely recall a Yoda type figure in Tales of the Jedi. Arca? A similar type figure to being the wizened old Jedi as I recall.

 

There was Fae Coven, who was the Jedi Grand Master of the Jedi Order before Yoda.

And before her, there was Satele Shan as the Grand Master of the Jedi Order.

And before her, there was Zym as the Grand Master of the Jedi Order.

And before him, there was Nomi Sunrider as the head of the Jedi Order.

And there was N'Kata Del Gormo, who found and trained Yoda.
