Why isn't Halloween on Friday the 13th?

I think Friday thr 13th is a much more scarier day than October 31st.

Because there would be like 3 Halloweens a year, that would make it kinda boring.

 

Sometimes there is more than one Friday 13th in a year... so yeah, why not!

 

My parents flew to South Africa on a Friday the 13th. Nothing out of the ordinary happened.

 

Because the holiday of Hallowe'en (Hallow's Evening) was created hundreds of years ago, while the movie 'Friday the 13th' was not.

 

Reason #1: because the holiday was created due to the changing of the seasons, thus, on the last day of October.

Reason #2. Because that would give Hollywood an excuse to maek a Jason Voorhees vs. Michael Myers movie.

 

because Samhain (pronounced sow-in, and meaning "summers end") is on October 31st.

 

Hollywood doesn't need an excuse. They have something better. Greed.

They're already writing Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash and Michael vs. Pinhead.


A Michael vs. Jason film would not be far off.

 

Like it was said, Halloween means "Hallow's Eve." Meaning, the eve of All Saints' Day. Friday the 13th is superstitious nonsense, while Halloween's been around as a holiday for a while.

I'd like to see him in a new movie.
