Windu as the Grand Master?

    Wookieepedia is now claiming that Mace Windu was the Grand Master of the Jedi Order prior to the Clone Wars at which time he turned the title over to Yoda. Can anyone verify this, or is it just false as i believe it is.

    This is true. According to the recently released Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, Mace Windu was Grandmaster.
