Would you like some spaghetti with your parmesan cheese?

Am I the only one who drowns their spaghetti, or just about any Italian dish, in mounds of grated parmesan cheese?

I never drown it in parmesan, but I do love a good dousing of it.

 

I used to, but now my mom only buys the ungrated cheese, so I have to grate it myself. That takes forever.

 

I always put on too much cheese and ruin the pasta.

oh man, I love pamesan cheese with my spaghetti! It's what makes the spaghetti tasty! I refuse to eat my spaghetti without the pamesan cheese

Oh, and love the stuff... I like freshly grated myself... but the pre grated stuff is okay as well..

I've never heard of that, but it sounds pretty good. I put pepper on Mac N Cheese all the time, so I'll try it with teh sketti...

Another addict here. I love really good parmesan by itself. I just slice off chunks and eat it... Mmmmmmm. And yes, the more the merrier on pasta. I really wish I could figure out what it is that I like so much about it.
