I have a hard time picturing myself as a clone trooper. But it would be a hoot getting commands from Yoda, like, "... around the survivors a perimeter create!"

Thanks. I tried to keep it vague enough that it could work in legends or canon. The "instant and inexplainable loathing" is the chip doings its work, but it also serves as a continuation of his aloof and detached personality.
