Yeah, Rogue, Dark Times is really into underused species. It's awesome.

It's possible, but the fact that it has a strap make me think no. If so, I would like how it went from K'Kruhk to Vakier...

Maybe Vakier is K'Kruhk's Secret Apprentice, sent out to counter the evil (and less powerful) Secret Apprentice of Vader?

Does that mean we can get Vader/K'Kruhk and Secret Apprentice/Vakier duels at the same time in TFU?

This is more like the hat Ki-Adi Mundi had in Outlander, must have been very fashionable in the 30s and 20s BBY. Vakier's clearly a little retro, this is kinda like the spate of 70s fashion nostalgia we went through a bit ago! Ah yes, trendsetting Vakier. I hear in Dark Times # 4 he does a "who's hot and who's not" blog.

DH's site says May 2, so I'm taking that to mean May 9. No, actually May 23. Tack on a good 2 weeks just to be on the safe side, since it's a Dark Times issue.

This will be delayed again. So far, everytime something gets delayed, when I finally get the issue its not that stellar art wise. Why is that?

Path to Nowhere is bursting with creative prowess. Cover art, alien variety, names, character look, storyline, dialogue, art, colour---it's all a harem of delight. Damn it, I can't find anything I don't like. [face_thinking]

TPB is so long away . . .

Yeah, I can't say I agree. This arc hasn't been doing it for me so far. Although, admittedly, I can hardly even remember it at this point anymore.

^ That's probably why it hasn't been doing it for you, so far.

I seriously like Greenbark. He's has a name to laugh at and a face begging to be punched. And open his maw and he flashes. That Rhino needs to be hugged. [:D]

Same here. Though in two issues, not really enough has happened plot-wise for me to judge yet. I'm looking forward do what they're going to be doing with the Vader/Slavery issue, however.

At this point, I'd rather wait for the TPB (as i'm doing with the Rebellion series) but i already have ishs 1 & 2. And as Ex mentioned, with the way this book's been coming out, the first TPB won't release for another decade or so. [face_whistling]

Wait. Dark Times . . . not stellar art? Not . . . what? Are you kidding? How could the art be better than it is?

Don't worry, guys, it'll be out in time for us to celebrate Star Wars' 40th by reading Issue #3 (barring any more delays)

It's moments like these when I wish I had a gif of those few seconds in the Clone Wars show where San Hill was pounding on the floor in frustration.

its really absurd how much time passes between these issues.
i go from antsy to annoyed and then end up forgetting all about it.

Brats, spoiled brats, the lot of you. I waited a year for The Bonehunters . . . and in a month it'll be in my slimey grasp. This is a wait of mere days. Hood take you all, you're so funny! [face_laugh]

Hardly a wait of days. The original scheduled release date for this issue was in November! Still, compared to a year, I suppose that is only half the wait . . . .
