No, it's just that they have to be able to pull off the equivalent reaction to this during the OT, it's a Star Wars tradition. :)

Moon Bloodgood could play a female Han Solo-type.

She would be just perfect as Han Solo's granddaughter, she can do feisty really well. I remember a scene from game of thrones where she is being trained with a sword.
I could so see Luke trying to train her.

There are so many amazing idea's and people being put out here. Here are my picks
Han & Leia's girls: Summer Glau (Older daughter) Maisie Williams (Younger daughter Or grand daughter) they look like they can pull off the Solo attitude.
Luke could also have 2 girls: Yvonne Strahovski (Older Daughter) Chloe Moretz (Younger daughter or grand daughter)

There's been alot of beautiful girls suggested and most of which I would be for in some way or another. But at this rate we'll eventually name 99% of the hot young actresses and therefore be correct. So maybe somone should change the tag to "Spoiler Alert!" :p

I haven't seen any Game of Thrones yet so I can't look this up in case of spoilers but is she Sean Bean's daughter in it?

Yes, and she is plays one of the best characters in the series. I'd be ok with her, and honestly I already was think Isaac Hempstead-Wright, who plays her brother would also be great as a young male protagonist. If they decide to have somebody younger in it, those would be the only two I'd be ok with. Although they're both a little younger than I would suggest for the first, but if the script calls for it. They would be the only two to pull it off.

Watch Game of Thrones definitely a great series. As are the books.

Not as a Skywalker/Solo offspring, but I would like to see Alessandra Torresani from Caprica in a Jedi/Sith role.

She is an awesome lady, and huge. Seriously, the lady has shoulders. But she did just get cast in Cap 2.
