Loving this one. I'd love to see this onscreen...Luke in his robe with the saber out.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if thats how his reveal is.

After seeing all these photoshopped images of bearded Luke i'm actually starting to warm up to it. I guess he does look rather bad ass.
As long as it's a trimmed beard and not all scraggly like Qui gon's was. We'll see how the final version ends up looking whenever they decide to show us some official images and then i'll decide if i like it.

Yeah, not gonna lie something funky is going on with his face- maybe he sold his soul to the devil? In all honesty, I'm so proud of him (and Carrie) for how well it seems they've pulled it together for this. I think they are both going to surprise us. This weekend when people are taking 360 degree photos of Mark will be the most telling I think.

 

The beard covers up his emerging turkey neck. Weight loss took care of the rest.

He's going to look even better in Hollywood makeup. I feel awesome about this now.

 

How could spoil Episode IX?

 

Dang. Mark has really taken his health seriously. He is looking great.

 

I think I might get chills. I was in my local Disney store the other day and when the commercial for Rebels came on it stopped me dead in my tracks and my eyes were glued to the TV while the commercial cycled - then I went back to hunting for my Black Series Mara Jade (Yay I found one).

 

Firstly...I'm absolutely NOT going to get into any political debates, but I highly doubt Mark Hamill is a racist. He did come out for Barack Obama a few years ago.

Mark looks great and I can't wait to see what he looks like in Episode 7. We've been so focused on his beard that we haven't talked about what his hairstyle will be. Will he keep it as it is, or will he cut it shorter?

 

Have you guys seen Mark's latest interview? quite nice. he talks about working out for Episode VII, changing nature of spoilers, reuniting with Harrison and Carrie etc and even a bit about The Joker and the Batman video games. Pretty cool interview.

Sorry i haven't be around her for a while, i have one question which is probably very obvious.

Is Luke Skywalker going to have a beard in 7?

 

Given that the three most recent photos he is constantly sporting a beard, and the fact he looks MUCH better with it, I'd say so.

 

Mark retweeted recently a tweet of his daughter with a picture of some HUGE travelling bags of him, his wife and daughter. Guess they're leaving to somewhere....

 

All hail beards.

 

But then maybe they are leaving from there and going directly to London rather than going back to California.

I love the below quote. It proves what Lucas said about the ST from 1980-1997 or so was what he really thought about the Saga and a ST, not what he was saying during the "dark years" of it only being a 6 part saga.
