    What about that good-looking blonde that was reported from a British source (and re-posted on SW7 News) that she would be playing a stormtrooper? Amybeth Hargreaves is her name. She is listed on the IMDB page of TFA too. This gets me thinking that we may see a bunch of stormtroopers without their helmets, perhaps before they go into battle. Otherwise what purpose is there to hire a woman to play one of these soldiers if she is never seen? Granted if she speaks audiences would know her gender but still I think a visual cue of one of the stormies being a woman (Phasma excepted) would have quite an effect in helping establishing the rethinking of gender in SW to mainstream audiences.

    Also when I look at the IMDB page and I see actors with real acting credits playing Stormtroopers it further solidifies my belief that we will really being seeing a lot of their faces. Otherwise just hire extras, put them in uniforms and get voice actors to fill in any dialogue.

    So, apparantly the new stormtroopers in TFA have lightsaber-deflecting weapons. I was thinking, if the stormtroopers have access to this, perhaps the Knights of Ren will use it too.

    Jonipoon - They are the same tech that the Grievous Guards used with their electrostaffs, just in the shape of a police baton.

    Could there be a link between Grevous' MagnaGuards and the First Order? We know their electrostaff's were designed to counter the Jedi's lightsabers, but who are the Jedi or lightsaber armed opponents that they need these weapons?

    Well that could be a very short fight, that staff won't be lighsaber-proof unlike the MagnaGuards electrostaffs.
