TV Discussion Favorite Duel From SW TV series

that is the one that always stood out to be above the rest of the TCW saber-duels

 

Anakin vs Barriss. There was just so much riding on that duel, not only Anakin's life but Ahsoka's too.

 

Sidious was badass.

 

Madara Uchiha

 

But we know Anakin would've had to survive that duel

 

Sidious vs. Savage and Maul, followed by Kanan's final duel with the Inquisitor. Maul vs. Pre Vizsla, and Dooku vs. Anakin (in Rako arc) are honorable mentions.

 

I always enjoyed the Dooku vs Ventress and night sisters, as well as Dooku/Ventress/Savage. They portrayed Dookus fighting style very well in these two duels

 

Ezra and Kanan vs. Vader is probably my favorite. I really liked when the AT-DP fell on Vader, and he just lifted it off.
I also really liked the last duel between Kanan and the Grand Inquistor

 

I can't say which is my favorite...there are so many that are standouts. I never get tired of Jedi badassery. I'll go with the first three that came to mind:

1. Kit Fisto vs. General Grievous. The music is super cool, the fog, and just Fisto himself.

2. Ventress vs. Dooku vs. Oppress. Again, the music is the bomb, plus I like how each opponent has a different array of lightsaber. Dual, double, and of course Dooku's slick ****.

3. Ahsoka vs. Anakin and Obiwan on Mortis. Just based on when Ahsoka is force pushed and digs her sabers into the ground to stop herself. I don't even remember the rest. That moment was the coolest thing.

One of my favorite parts during that duel: when Sidious draws out both lightsabers, ignites them, drags them across the ground, and locks blades with Maul and Savage while laughing.





As I mentioned in another thread, I also like the Maul vs Vizsla duel. Can't agree more that hopefully Rebels has more duels like these in the future!

 

I listen to the score for that scene while playing Battlefront all the time. It never fails to thrill the pants off me.

Darth Sidious taking on Maul and Savage is incredible, one of the best battles in SW overall. I also love the fight between Obi-Wan, Asajj, Maul and Savage.
