Games The Star Wars Character Contest V2: Jedi

Hello and welcome to the second Star Wars character contest! I'm your host, Jordan1Kenobi. This time we'll be voting to decide who the JCF think is the greatest Jedi (or user of the light side of the Force) of all time.

Previous contests

Canon characters - First place: Obi-Wan Kenobi. Second place: Leia Organa Solo. Third place: Darth Vader. Fourth place: Ahsoka Tano.

There will be three matches a day, until it reaches the final rounds. The characters will be chosen at random, using a random number generator, so anything could happen. The winner from each match will move onto the next round.

If there's a tie in rounds one and two, the winner will go to who I voted for. If there's a tie in rounds three to seven, we will wait until someone else votes before moving on.

This is how the rounds will play out:

Round 1: 80 characters
Round 2: 40 characters
Round 3: 20 characters
Round 4: 10 characters
Round 5 (Quarter-finals): 8 characters (including three wildcards)
Round 6 (Semi-finals): 4 characters
Round 7 (Final): 2 characters

Before I start, here's a link to the spreadsheet including all 80 characters. If there's anyone important missing, please let me know and I'll swap them with someone else.

The Father and Daughter aren't really Jedi are they? Neither one is explicitly aligned with them, and only the Daugther is truly of the light side.

They're more like the Bendu, or Nightsisters.

Edit: Also no Maris Brood, from The Force Unleashed. She's still basically a Jedi the whole time.

Edit 2: And Sharad and A'Sharad Hett.

 

You're right about the Father. I didn't know whether to include him or not, since he's neutral. So I could take him off. I just always saw him as good. The Daughter on the other hand is a user of the light side, so she'll stay.

As for Maris, yes she was a Jedi, but we mostly saw her as a villain.

 

Zayne Carrick and Dass Jennir and Kerra Holt, all three being the Jedi protagonist of their respective series.

 

Kerra is already there, but I’ll add those other two.

I'd leave Father. He's good canon fodder instead of a wildcard.

Mon Calamari Jedi Master who was best known for healing. She was introduced in The Jedi Academy Trilogy.

I have never read those books before.

 

They're really good books. I think my favorite scene was 2 year old Jacen Solo using his uncle's lightsaber.

 

Are they YA books about Jedi younglings?

Excuse my ignorance, I know nothing about those books.

Darth Plagueis is really great though.

 

I think you're thinking of YJK. The JA trilogy was about Luke's first class, amoung other things.
