I have no Idea whose job it is, but It's definitely amazing!

 

What do you think is Han's best outfit?

I know you can't really see his outfit, but you all know what it looks like, and i really like the picture.

 

For Han, I really like the costume they gave Alden more than anything else.

 

Ehh, I don't think it's most shiny in Empire, But is the most consistent. It's shiniest in RoJ, because he's gotta impress his master and big boss Palpatine on his little checkup

 

I think Leia looks the best in her green Endor outfit. Padme in her white thingy at the end towards the end of III with the belt. Anakin when he's marching into the Jedi Temple with all the clones behind him . Poe in 8 with the jacket

 

I really like the costume also, but It's just not as classic. Did you Like Solo?

 

Rey -TFA. The buns manage to nod to Leia while being inconic themselves. When I have seen little girls dressed as Rey in the TLJ end outfit, they still imitate the buns. Also her TFA outfit manages to be utilitarian with small feminine touches (it’s well balanced).

Leia - ESB. Same with Leia’s outfit and hair on Hoth. It’s very striking and balanced between soft and tough.

Leia 2 - TLJ. The coat she wears on Crait is fabulous. That shot of her eyes peaking above the collar is really memorable.

Kylo Ren - TLJ. Though I missed the mask, I like how the scar ties him to Anakin visually and I love how even his bandaid is black.

Han - TFA. Rugged and fits an older scoundrel... reminds me a bit of Indiana Jones.

 

That scene is so beautiful, it was a good reminder that she wasn't only a General and leader of the Resistance, but whether she liked it or not, she was still a princess. And her eyes....

 

Absolutely! I loved the film. Have seen it 5 times so far. Hoping to go again before it leaves theaters.

 

I loved it too. Especially the beginning. It was great.

 

I loved the whole thing. The entire cast did great- Alden really took the role and made it his own. Speaking of looking best in film, I really loved QI'ra's Kessel outfit complete with Lando's cape and I should have added Han's fur coat earlier!

 

I think the Solo crew is the most fashionable and chic of all SW thus far. Hoping for an Oscar costume nomination.

 

Yes! Enfys' mask was another one of my favorite looks from the film.

 

Aside from the mask being a work of art, the entire ensemble is brilliant by not only hiding her gender but by giving bulk to her figure, she looks more intimidating to her enemies.

 

Yes! If I had not read spoilers before hand I would not have guessed her gender.

 

Luke: The Bespin look in ESB. Great midpoint design between the farm kid of ANH and the Jedi Knight of ROTJ.

Han: the Endor trench coat. Very fitting that he just throws this over his regular clothes. He's a ranking officer but does things his own roguish way.

Leia: Boushh disguise. Just looks cool.

Anakin: AOTC. Part Padawan, part James Deanish rebel without a cause.

Padme: AOTC desert outfit where she bids Anakin goodbye as he leaves to find Shmi. Just a picture of natural calm and beauty.

Obi-Wan: AOTC. Just like Luke in ESB, a great midpoint look. Neither the younger learner or the weary master.

I think Luke is also the most "Jedi" like in ROTJ, with the whole "I am a Jedi like my father before me," and also the Sail Barge scenes.

Padme, to pick one outfit is an ability that no one has achieved. But if we work together...

I'd say Fireplace outfit, holy smokes. I think you can't even pay attention the dialogue in the scene. Then the Homestead outfit in blue with the glorious Williams music as Anakin says he won't be long. I like her Senatorial outfit in ROTS also. Reminds me of Leia. As for Leia, again the first outfit is always going to be classic. But of course there is the Tatooine slave Leia iconic piece, but also I think the outfit from the end of ESB. It's very space princess like.

Ren looks best in that opening scene of TFA. That is like some serious Vader like decor going on. Vader, I think the scene from ESB where he jumps at Luke from the top of the staircase. That scared me and adds weight to the scene.

Anakin, best in ROTS, but I wondered why the Jedi didn't wonder why he always wore dark clothes. He seemed to be the only Jedi walking around in dark clothes. Palpatine, it's got to be his dark outfits, but I wondered why he sported the super red Emperor outfit for his declaration speech. It was a nice touch.

Aayla Secura, great outfit for a Jedi. Loved it.

Clone/Stormtrooper, I like both the first armour they wear at Geonosis and the 501st armour worn by the legion that attack the Jedi Temple. That blue markings are a nice touch to the soon to be Stormtroopers.

 

Pretty much everyone agrees on the Luke outfit. Even Andi does.

 

^flap open, all the way agree with you about his hair though. it looked best in ANH (gotta love the 70s longer and soft and "feathered" look...!)

well, that's like asking a parent to choose their favorite child but i might have to go with the meadow dress (at least today):



lastly, I think my friend @Valency Jane needs to be aware of the existence of this thread!

 

Just remembered recently that one of -if not my actual- favorites of Padme's outfits is her yellow and pink like gradient-sort dress on Naboo. (I feel like the grammar of that was all wrong... but you know what I mean)
