Mods/hosts with the most, I'm not sure if you have any idea when games 8,9,&10 will start but if they didn't start over the weekend,that would be prime.

 

Announcement: With regards to when we get to the point of having 5 teams in the bracket (Round 3).

The two losing teams from Round 2 with the highest scores will play each other for a chance to win a place into Round 3 (the play-in game). This game will take place while two of the Round 3 games are going on. The winner of the play-in game will play the highest scoring team from Round 2.

The same thing will happen to get into the semi final round (Round 4).

This announcement will go in the rules post on the first page. Tagging @star_wars_is_good since it was their question.

Yeah, games won't start over the weekend, however they will continue into the weekend otherwise we'll be here for an eternity... which is longer than the forever we're already going to be here.

 

This came up for discussion in game 3.

 

The plan was that it's not just three rounds, it goes until someone gets to 300 points. But in general teams are getting fewer points that I originally expected and I didn't notice how low some of the point values were on some of the games, so that's changing things. We've been discussing it.

 

I'm looking forward to the first team who gets to the Fast Slow Money round.

 

Teams in the regular show rarely ever (if ever) win the game in three rounds. It (almost) always takes four to get to 300 points.

Nope, didn't forget about you. We don't want to run more games than we can handle at a time. As games start finishing up, some of which are very soon, new games will start. We can't put a date on it because we just don't know when games will end. There are several teams that haven't started yet, but we should be getting to them soon, so make sure to pay attention!

 

Announcement:
Just so it's clear...

Any team who is caught cheating will be disqualified and the members will face a potential ban.

Looking up the answers online (trying to find where we got the questions), and discussing answers when you are the team who is playing are considered cheating.

The only time you are allowed to discuss answers is if your team is not playing the board (after the PM part when a round starts and your team lost that part) and you are going to try and steal.

 

Hey team, I've been following the games pretty closely and the date of the 30th was a guess on my part when we and the 2 remaining games would start. We haven't been given an official start date, but no host is going to start a new game until other games finish as said above. I know 1 game for sure has reached the Fast Money round and other may follow shortly. Since new games don't start on weekends, I think my guess of the 30th is pretty solid. Stay tuned if we go sooner this week or later next week.

 

Round Two Begins!

Even though FanFic is still doing their bonus round we're going to go ahead and start Round 2. In Round 2 we have 5 games, all will be run simultaneously, the match ups were done at random. Winners will move to Round 3. But if you lose this round, you are not automatically out!

The two losing teams with the highest score this round will play each other to enter Round 3 where the winner of that game will play the highest scoring winner from Round 2.

If your team would like to change up the play order, please let your host know at the start of your game.

Wait so if Tobias' Bandits win in the second round I have to wear their colors again?
