I wonder if they will stick with the 'no stories between movies' rule as they did with the OT? A TV series set between 8 and 9 gives us 8.1, 8.2, etc. and bring in no end of casting issues. Much more likely it will be set after 9 if it happens.

I was all excited like "yes, some news!", until I read the part about the heart. It's not really Star Wars. It's been posted in "Star wars speculations" not "Star Wars Leaks", so I doubt it is true; but if it is, at least those who want a super evil Kylo Ren will be happy

 

But here is the evidence that backs his story up.

1) Dominic Monaghan in a leaked image as a Resistance Officer
2) Information about filming in Black Park around late August and early September of last year
3) A tweet from Dominic around that time...




Or it's just the type of information that helps someone come up with a story like that.

 

Far too gory for Star Wars, even the scene in The Temple of Doom was heavily censored around the world. What's the point of including a scene like this where it will be so heavily edited?

 

JJ filmed a scene for TFA where Chewbacca rips off Unkar Plutt's arm. JJ also cut the scene where Chewbacca rips off Unkar Plutt's arm.

 

Maybe a cut scene in the end like the Shaak-Ti execution

 

Has all the telltale signs of something fake. Notice how it comes immediately on the heels of the MSW report that Driver was at the water scene pushing and pulling Resistance fighters and that he does some impressive force moves?

This person is just making something up from that.

I do suspect that this water scene is near the start of the film in the early stages of the McGuffin and that this will happen on Battu because:

A) We know Poe said that the Resistance fight more like Cuban revolutionaries at first and do hit and runs from hidden locations up a mountain.

B) We also now have that map of Battu from Galaxy’s edge.

C) We have not one but multiple settings that we’ve heard or or seen that could fit some of those descriptions on the map.

D) Even in a redemptive arc, should they still aim for it, Kylo Ren will be evil for at least the first third of the film.

 

Seems weird that wherever the Resistance go the F.O. are close on their heels and a battle ensues. Maybe someone in the Resistance is a double agent?

 

I remember a rumour stating that Kylo had a decoy... Has it ever been confirmed?

This is a perfect example of a fake leak. Overly ridiculous and clear it's not something that's true. No context for when or why anything is happening. Vague and unconvincing details, like specifically mentioning Greg Nicotero who does the make-up for the walking dead... but not knowing Greg was shooting the walking dead season 9 still during the black park filming.

There'll be articles everywhere by lunch.

 

Sounds like something "ripped" directly from a vampire movie or from POTC3.
