    Why did they use a SLR and not a DSLR in 2002 and 2005? Weird.

    What's so odd about it?
    They used the only digital camera available for that job. It was specifically designed by Sony right at that time.

    Not that I know much at al about the matter, but it doesn't seem like there were any DSLR cameras out there that could shoot video prior to 2008.

    I was talking about the photos. And I think you're right about 2008. I have a 60D and its live view and rotating screen inspired by the bulky S-series of superzooms was a sensation back in '10. Time flies by frighteningly fast sometimes!

    And I enjoy the thread a lot - of course. :)

    The yellow and the Purple guy? Yellow guy is Passel Argente, leader of the Corporate Alliance. Purple guy is his advisor. Passel appears in AOTC at the CIS meeting and Anakin stabs him in the first section on Mustafar. Once Obi-Wan asks "Who Couldve Done This?" and it cuts to Anakin. He stabs Passel before killing a Battle Droid.

    That Han cameo in Episode III where he brings the Millennium Falcon tech manual to help Yoda get off Kashyyyk sure was something :p

    How they can make the waterfalls is so cool. :eek:

    They also point out some mistakes, but also point out the pros of all CGI for example.

    Is not practical enough. They should really burn him :p
    Seriously speaking, there is one clip of the DVD extra showing the reaction of Hayden and Ewan to the burn up "make up". They are surprised how realistic it looks like.

    And chop his limbs of too. I mean come Hayden. You can invest something for SW! A bit more dedication would be great! ;)

    Best and most realistic would have been to shoot the whole Mustafar scenes inside a real vulcano too. "We are at a vulcano...a real vulcano!" :D
