    Not much to report from my day today, was a pretty average Thursday.

    The only interesting thing is in the GF fic I'm now reading. It's a college AU, that goes super heavy into all that fraternity/sorority stuff. It's all so foreign to what I experience at a UK uni. Weird pledge drives, and Greek letters and it's so strange that anyone bothers wth all the faff ;)

    Heck, even the courses one of the characters was taking were weird, law, philosophy, math, and chemistry all in one? [face_hypnotized] Do you guys not pick a specific subject or what?

    2019 Mitsubishi Mirage (hatchback). Perfect for what I need it for, which is to basically run errands and take the little one to pre-school a few days a week. I'll seriously only put like 10 miles a week on it now that I work from home.

    i'm thinking something similar, possibly a camry. nothing too rugged, not trying to impress anyone anymore. :p

    plus, i ride the shuttle downtown to work, so a full tank of gas lasts me about two months. low payments > looking cool. look forward to this, teenagers of ryl.

    yeah i have Corolla thats paid off and costing me nothing to drive but gas. So I'm gonna run it into the ground. I only have a 4 mile commute.

    he's been in the big house, guidman? i'm going to guess tax evasion, or something related to too much fame, too quickly. i think i watched the first season of that show with an ex-gf who liked it. i recognize him, and remember paulie walnuts and snooki, but that's it.

    I will say the new stuff since they brought Jersey Shore back last year has been great. Most of them are at least slightly self-aware now and it's amazing what a lack of cocaine does. Probably most of the emphasis on the later.
