so wait, is it Ps5 exclusive? I've always been team Playstation but that would be shocking and stupid.

 

I really want to see some gameplay because… honestly, Aspyr are a porting company, and kind of a meh one, but they’re the biggest name slapped all over the official teaser. So… how much of a remake is it?

 

They're not the dev. It's that other studio I forget the name of.

And yes it looks to be a PS5 exclusive.

No I'm pretty sure it is a remake. It's not a remaster. I heard it was going for Action RPG from the leaks.

Yeah, it gives me pause. Not a dealbreaker, but not an automatic hype generator.

no the rumor was that it would combine both kotor games and make it canon, I think more likley this game will be canon version of kotor.

 

Maybe we just don’t know at this point. I would be fine if they made them canon

 

I think until it's confirmed i take it as canon as only non canon is anime and lego.

 

I mean all the new SW games have been canon so that seems likely.

 

We’ll probably know long before the game actually comes out

 

It’s set like 4000 years before any of the movies, it doesn’t really matter.

 

It kinda does die to the high republic. We’ll have to wait and see, but if this is canon they’ll have to make technology look older than it was.
