Ahsoka Shin Hati

Maul is actually a pretty distinct (former) Sith, I think. He’s fascinating because he’s not someone who “fell” to darkness, he was basically just raised inside of it. Which I always found interesting, that he had the closest connection to Sidious, he was in proximity to the devil himself from childhood but despite all that there was a very real human desire for connection that persisted all through his life.

 

Yes, he might die early in the duels next week. We've seen both fights involving him shown in the trailers. And we've only seen Baylan and Shin fighting with Ahsoka and Sabine on Seatos. Where is Marrok? If not dead, is he in another part of the forest? Sent by Baylan to the Eye of Sion to protect Morgan?

 

I am positive shin will make it to that Heir to the empire movie

 

Basing on trailers, at some moment there will be Ahsoka vs Marrok and Sabine vs Shin simultaneously.

 

Yeah, according to the recent trailer for E4, Marrok will be facing off against Ahsoka, which does not look good for him. We're either going to see him killed off quickly, or we're going to have a hint that he's more important than we think.

I don't think there's any chance that Shin dies next episode. The most likely outcome is that Sabine is able to hold Shin off in a stalemate. It doesn't make sense that Sabine beats Shin based purely on Force skills, but on second thought, if Sabine uses her Mando weapons in addition to her Jedi skills, I can see Shin possibly losing.

But even if Shin does lose, I don't see her dying. She's much much too interesting to die, and if she does, I will feel totally justified in criticizing the show.

 

I think he’s killed by Ahsoka Tano.

I think Sabine is about to be overpowered once again but just before all things are lost she taps in the Force and Ahsoka arrives but Shin Hati escapes

As for Marrok, it looks like we'll find out very soon just how important he is or isn't.

 

Yeah we’ll see. It’ll be interesting. He seems very mysterious like (TPM Darth Maul), but so is Shin and Shin to me a disposition that leads me to believe she’s the one we need to invest in not Marrok or even Baylon.

 

Of course, you're right. I forgot the full trailer for the season showed Marrok and Ahsoka fighting in a forest. That must happen in the next episode too, and like others have said, he may very well meet his demise. Ahsoka tends to make short work of dispatching Inquisitors. Marrok fled his previous encounter with her the first opportunity he got.

 

After next episode we will have seen most footage

Me too...ever since I saw her flared nostrils and charred blonde hair in her face stomping out the elevator twirling the saber I've been in love. She is a beautiful lady no doubt and just has that uniqueness with bad girl vibes which is easy to fall for.

 

I do as well but I don’t have a wife.

 

I am a little confused about her character. she feels a little weak. It seems like she could kill Sabine so easy but she keeps running away over basically nothing. Sabine took a shot at her and she ran off twice. I gather Filoni wanted to balance the playing field since Sabine isn't force sensitive but she doesn't seem very good.

 

The thing is, she and and her Master, are not totally evil, or better, not totally taken away by the dark side of the Force like the usual sith/inquisitor we normally see. So both of them seem to me to "take the feet from gas" at crucial moments just to avoid to "cross" that line.

 

Am I crazy or did more of Ivanna Sakhno’s accent come through this episode?

Yes most likely. And I am like 60% sure he’ll die by seasons end. If he doesn’t he’ll just die between seasons for some reason.

Also it is only the fourth episode and she is already holding Sabine's hand.

 

After seeing her fight Sabine twice, I think that both times Baylan had told her to not kill Sabine unless she had too. It seems like she was holding back, and Marrok is an empty suit so to speak, expendable.

 

Anyone else being a bit reminded on Kam Solusar, before he joined Luke's Jedi Order, by Baylan and Shin?
