I'm looking forward to Nekrokosm, the next film by Panos Cosmatos.

A phantasmagorical fantasy nightmare set deep within a strange galaxy where two lovers are torn apart as they try to survive a malevolent invasion.
Panos has described the film as not being "hard sci-fi," as "very fantastical and bizarre" and being about a lot of his interests and preoccupations, "all merged into one piece, more than ever before."

Chad Stahelski, Sam Hargrave and David Ayer. Ayer’s career went off track with Bright but it looks like he’s back on track with The Beekeeper. What happened with Suicide Squad was not his fault.

Another Edwards-Gilroy team up would be optimal.

Bryce Dallas Howard should absolutely get a Star Wars film. She’s more than earned it. Rick Famuyiwa obviously. Christopher McQuarrie would be an interesting choice once he’s finished with Mission Impossible. And Takashi Yamazaki.

BDH directed my favorite Mando episode from season 1, where they go to forest planet and meet Cara, so I could support her getting a director nod again.

Ridley Scott could make something awesome too, as long as he’s given a very good script.

Really? That's my least favorite from S1. She managed to make the chicken walker look scary, but the rest didn't hold much interest or originality, Cara's acting was solid wood, and the action was totally unconvincing.

    Here's the original article.
    https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/t...f-weiss-netflix-thrones-interview-1235783117/

And the full Star Wars part.
"Next was their Star Wars movie. Fans were excited by the idea of the Thrones guys bringing their grounded-fantasy dramatics to a galaxy far, far away. Yet the movie was shelved along with Star Wars projects from other top creatives (like Kevin Feige, Patty Jenkins and Damon Lindelof).

“We wanted to do The First Jedi,” Benioff says. “Basically how the Jedi Order came to be, why it came to be, the first lightsaber …”

“And we were annoyed as hell when [Rian Johnson, the duo’s longtime friend and 3BP producer] called his movie The Last Jedi,” Weiss says dryly. “He completely destroyed the obvious title for what we were working on.”

Asked what went wrong, Benioff says, “[Lucasfilm] ended up not wanting to do a First Jedi story. We had a very specific story idea in mind, and ultimately they decided they didn’t want to do that. And we totally get it. It’s their company and their IP, but we weren’t the droids they were looking for.” (Their overall concept still might happen — last year, Lucasfilm announced a movie titled Dawn of the Jedi from director James Mangold.)"

Yes, because we need to make room for staggering talents like Shawn Levy. And we need to let James Mangold steal their idea.

Nothing in their statements deserves that kind of dismissive response.

They pretty terrible themselves. And maybe too harsh , but dont think are good writers. And there's no telling if James Mangold even knew about their idea.
