Trioculus ordered "all the torpedo spheres" to Hoth in Glove of Vader, so they do have access to bigger ships.

The Moffship was just the conference place.

You'd think a body as auspicious as the Central Committee of Grand Moffs would spring for a Victory Class at least.

Maybe they were trying to be humble. Or not.

    Good point.

Well, admittedly strike cruisers are said to be modular and so can play many different roles, so maybe it was easier/better to have a strike cruiser made into a luxurious conference fall than it would be for a bigger ship. Or they just needed their larger ships on the front lines.

Sulon, the place where Kyle Katarns house and Baron's Hed are on, is a moon of Sullust.

Sullust is meant to be a large rebel stronghold after endor that the Eriadu Authority couldn't ever crack despite trying

Meanwhile jerec just casually gets through the rebel fleet to land on Sulon where there is an entire imperial garrison that acknowledged him as Lord. And he flew there from the other side of the Galaxy in Pentastar space.

Let's keep in mind this is where the rebel endor fleet gathered and presumably where they returned through.

I mean, to be fair, Jerec is blind. He probably just missed them.

Were all the rebels on sullust also blind?

I do think there are some fun opportunities with Barons Hed, since it seemed pretty run down and broken with implications it was due to Jerec's pre-yavin subjugation of the town, and yet it somehow still seems to maintain a pretty big imperial garrison

perhaps its one of the few imperial fortresses left on Sulon and most of the moon is free.

Funny enough, Oliver Ford Davies (Sio Bibble's actor) did play Polonius in the 2009 version of Hamlet.

This line means that the Empire has been running a facility on hoth for long enough to measure that most of their prisoners die in 3 years. This means the empire must have had a facility there for substantially over three years. This, in addition to Gamma Base being there in 0 BBY(thanks Rebel Assault) means that the Rebels being on Hoth in Episode V shouldn't be a secret.

We could assume the Empire ran a base on Hoth from about 10 BBY to about 2 BBY, when all of it but Gamma Base was closed. Then Gamma Base was closed in 0 BBY. Three years later the Rebels went and set up their base by taking over a bunch of old equipment, possibly motivated in part by the defection of some officer who knew about it.

Gamma Base belonged to the Rebels, I believe. There was another (maybe the same?) outpost base that was attacked by an Imperial officer with a weird name in the Galaxies TCG, again somehow before The Empire Strikes Back.

But I like the idea that the Imperial Correctional Facility was an older institution that was recently reopened by Kadann's regime. (Perhaps they packed up and left the prisoners behind, discovering that they had frozen to death within three years after they left when the Empire returned, just to make sense of Kadann's tenses there.) Or, perhaps it was a mobile facility that was designed to be used on cold planets, and only was only recently relocated to Hoth due to the rapidly shrinking state of the post-Endor Empire.

This book explicitly places Fondor within the Tapani Sector, meaning that despite how big and ever-present Fondor is, Tallaan, a short hop away, is far more important both locally and galactically.

This reminds me of the fact someone brought up in another thread that Darksaber implies (probably accidentally) that Palpatine visited Yavin IV offscreen just before the end of ANH in order to rescue some beetles.

Yeah that lead to my pet theory that Palpatine was very aware of what happened in ANH and not just calling Tarkin from Coruscant after he disbanded the Senate. Afterwards he gave himself a little off time and a trip to beetle hunting... and ended out of all places by sheer luck or thx to Tarkins intel what planet would be vaporized next on Yavin IV in the Death Star's attack on the Rebel base. Bet Vader must have felt his Masters presence and wanted to rush to shoot him and Yavin IV to space debris all of a sudden... if only. And the Emperors presence also would make Tarkin, if known, even more sure that there can only be success and no need for evacuation.

Even more ironic that Palpatine left with beetles but did not pick up Vader's adrift Tie and still scolded him for his absence 1 month later!

Also fun to imagine Palpatine collecting beetles and conversing with Exar Kun's spirit in the meantime...

PS: I almost forgot: Did Palpatine visit his grandson Ken in the Lost City of the Jedi? Not sense him or anything strange, eh? Imagine the Death Star would have shot poor little Ken down...

Bel Iblis retreated to Tallaan after the Fall of Coruscant (rather than Corellia to overthrow Sal-Solo and his Human-centric party) and then clearly spent his spare time harassing the local Yuuzhan Vong occupying Fondor for the next two years until a final push with help from Kre'fey, Antilles and Pellaeon's forces. The Galactic Alliance leadership (most likely Sovv and Brand and whatever was left from his own High Command), however, clearly wanted Fondor Shipyards back on line ASAP because they were likely larger in size.

The insane amount of effort done to canonize Star Tours, down to the Death Star III becoming a feint by Devian to distract the alliance leaves more questions than answers. Like the Galactic Civil War era attack on naboo by Lucrehulks and vulture droids, defended against by rebel operated N-1s.

Similarly the battle over Coruscant seen in Star Wars Kinect. Actually basically everything about the Kinect story campaign frankly.

when you’re incredibly attractive like Brakiss, you’re allowed to do anything.

    most unintentionally funny = Trioculus.
Is it so wrong to be a murderer? Or a liar? Or an inhuman monster? He may be all of those things, but he still has a heart.

Maybe Revan became more well-known by the Sith in the 250 years between Rivan and Bane's times?

To me the funniest part of Rivan's story is not just that, but the fact that he time-warped to escape the Jedi in the Battle of Almas all the way to the Battle of Ruusan, 250 years later, but ended up being stripped from the Force as a result and died soon after, "slain by a Force-user of inconsequential power" lol

All just to reconcile incongruous sources about him dying on Ruusan.

All that still not explaining the various puzzles in his fortress clearly based on the rule of two that were explicitly designed by him.

Maybe he had the same idea as Bane from Revan's teachings and just no one credited him with inventing another Rule of Two?

He keeps becoming more and more pathetic...

I mean there's the proto Rule of Two (A master should have one apprentice, the Sith should be led by a master-apprentice duo, per Revan) and then there's the full Rule of Two as devised by Bane - which ironically tended to lead to violations of the proto-rule.

Ok I decided to look back through the Mon Alone adventure and well, Darth Rivan's Rule of Two trap is actually kinda hilarious

Literally "turn the dial to 2, out of 10 possibilities" There are several other traps including the classic sharp pendulum and floors that open up, but still.

Ok, i was expecting something like those puzzles on Malachor during the Rebels Season 2 finale or something, not this, this is Bronze Age Two-Face levels of plays on the number 2.
