Andor Andor Season 2 Discussion (Spoliers Allowed)

I'm doing my official rewatch and Damn, Andor starts out super dark. I know those cops were complete dicks and Cassian didn't mean to kill the first one...in fact I rewound it like 3 times and I'm not even sure he did but I guess the headbutt led to him falling somehow....and I fully grasp WHY Cassian felt he had to off the chunky one, but damn it was a dark way to start it off with the main protagonist. It sets the tone to let you know this isn't your typical Star Wars show but my immediate thought was man, Disney Plus. The times they are a-changin.

 

Think he could and should be referenced but I tend to agree with you and will make seeing him in rogue one more impactful

 

The new Andor special look on disney plus looks next level. Wayyyyyy better than the trailer. Looks far more like season 1 but better. Now I'm hyped.

There is a movie theater near where I live that has different screens and lets you rent the smaller one ( it has room for about 40 people) for a decent price per person and allows you to watch whatever you want on Dinsey plus pfor about 3 hours included popcorns and a drink...
We are thinking to do that with a group of friends for Andro Season 2!!!

That was humor, yes, ADHD humor... and I was making fun of my own lack of restraint in watching SW content because my brain lacks Executive functions in that area when in search of dopamine...
I don't know how familiar you are with ADHD but that is the reality of it: I can't for the sake of my wellbeing and sleep schedule turn off the d@mn TV if my brain is craving the dopamine of another Andor episode...
...at the same time I thrive in high risk/high pressure settings because I am then laser focused and incredibly reactive/flexible and able to prioritize tasks and problem solve...
So not being able to enjoy one episode weekly if they drop the whole season is the downside of having a brain like mine...
... but I will probably survive the apocalypse so there is that
I was making fun of myself while also seeing the good of being neurodivergent in a world like this and how it is going!
Sorry if I didn0't make sense for a moment and in this post also...these weeks are intense

For those who thought thre was too little alien content in the first season, there looks to be more here. Particularly with Saw's crew, but also with Mothma on Coruscant. And some neat buffalo aliens on the grass planet.
