Think I love Diego a bit more after his recent comments.... viva revolution!!!!

 

I have to say, I've been pretty surprised at how loose lipped about overall events and themes the cast and creator have been in their interviews with YouTube personalities who have seen the whole season. If you want to remain pristinely spoiler free, absolutely do not watch these cast and Gilroy interviews! For me, though, they build my hype far more than they "spoil" anything, since they're never scene specific, more general and thematic, but that's in the eye of the beholder.

 

Many of the reviews are saying this thing is a masterpiece... some saying it's not only one if not the best star wars of all time but one of the best tv shows ever
Think I'm going to be on here and social media lot less to try to avoid any big spoilers
This should really be in the cinema by sounds of it and hope one day it's released for theatrical shows . If it was four films back to back it would be easier to avoid leaks!! And all this and we know Andors fate...but that's it..it's so much more than that..it's the date of all

Wise indeed, I avoid those youtube interviews because I've noticed I become jaded when watching the content... knowing just about everything. Remaining spoiler free is very difficult but the reward is amazing... I think some just enjoy being in the know before everyone else. I remember a guy who had watched TFA before everyone shouted out in the theater that Han Solo dies in this scene! he got beat up and tossed out the theater... I'll never forget that one ruined the film for most... spoilers are powerful devise but can be harmful to your viewing experience as well.

 

Everyone that's seen it uses the word masterpiece.

 

I actually like spoilers because I enjoy the experience of how a story is told, more than what the story is. And if I know what the story is (as in a period film) I can then focus more deeply on the how, and not on the comparatively more superficial experience of being shocked or surprised by the what.

I have seen only the first episode in the panel but… I really think it will be…glad I took one free day more from work officially to unpack after Japan but unofficially… to watch the first release eheheh

 

The next few weeks will be sweet, indeed!

 

So the reviews are mixed. Kidding. 98% percent on RT, with most of that 98% calling it a masterpiece (and an unusual number calling it some of the best TV ever), and the one rotten review basically saying it was very good. Looks like we have a new all-time great genre series on our hands.

It seems so strange to re-cast but then have the original actor do a cameo in Rogue One.
