I LOVED that part. I also really loved the first time Sabine took off her helmet and she gives Ezra that glare. My heart did swoon at that, and then laugh at Ezra's flirting attempt, haha.

 

You're welcome. A New Dawn is pretty good by the way. You really get a feel for Hera and Kanan's characters.

Ezra seems like a love sick puppy lol. I was glad that she ignored him and his awkward attraction for the most part. But Sabine is pretty awesome. I can't believe she uses explosive paint though. And did you see how many explosives she put into that control room?

 

For real, though. So many.

So quick question, I'm not sure if Hera actually said it, but was I the only one who heard Hera call Kanan love right after Chopper mouthed off to him in her first scene??

Yes, her first scene, when they first get in the ghost and Kanan goes up to the cockpit and Chopper mouths off to him, he's like I've had a bad morning, and then Hera says something and calls Kanan love.

I'm only about halfway through myself. And he does hit on Hera. But I think they get together in the space of six years after the book and before Lothal or something. And their ship name is Kera. I think...

Y'know, I forgot to say this in my first post, but for awhile before the show started I was really getting worried I wouldn't like Sabine and Hera as much as my first impressions led on, mostly as the trailers were kinda off putting to me at times. But after seeing this episode my fears are completely washed away, I love them both.

They are pretty amazing characters. I loved the fact that Sabine was a Mandalorian. Her being an artist is just a plus for me, but she seems really...you know; independent. It's nice. And Hera being all motherly and a great flyer is wonderful to me as well. When she called Zeb by his first and last names in that tone, it sounded so much like a mom scolding her child.

Well, finally got a chance to watch it, and I loved it, I was worried I was going to like Zebb, but I ended up liking him a lot, and I love the group dynamic they have going on. I'll definitely continue watching this, a lot of my fears about this show got tossed out the window, thankfully.

 

This is what it feels like to be left out. Oh well, I'll catch it on october.

You can really tell that most of Zeb's behavior is an act. Dude definitely has a soft side to him. Just listen to the way he sounds after he had to leave Ezra behind.

 

The DVD comes out October 3rd.

 

The television premiere is October 3rd, next Friday. The DVD release is October 14th, a week from next Tuesday, as per official release information.

 

All in all a great start they should just take out the
