SNG 18th June (Confirmed Date) Screening of AOTC

I've spotted most of the things I wanted to see, but of course missed out on the Coke can. IF only someone could show a picture of where to find the X-wing and TIE!

 

Went to watch AOTC yesterday by myself while my sis and two friends went to watch Scooby-Doo.

I forgot about the clones cheating, didn't see Lucas' son (unless he was the one in the Archives?), nor the X-Wing and the TIE fighter. The youngling anyhow moving his sabre, I saw. Very funny if you think of what would have happened had he not 'extinguished' his sabre in time. Ouch.

Anakin's position when he was 'un-armed' was pretty weird...like he's just standing there waiting for his hand to be chopped off...or maybe Dooku was holding him in a Force grip...

I saw the '2' in the sky too, and one YT-1300.

Didn't see the shaak asteroid.

 

What's the '2' in the sky?

 

Lucas' son (unless he was the one in the Archives?)

Yup, that's him alright. He's also suppose to go down from the stairs when OB1 was going somewhere in the Jedi Temple but that could end up on the cutting floor.

Hmm, I read that in TPM DVD, they replaced the Humans in the same Pod as that Senator Orn Free Taa, Senator of the Twi'leks with Twi'leks.

JaZzYjaZZ - During the part when Palpy is looking out at the army of clones, near the end, the clouds in the sky are parted so that a '2' can be seen.

 

Now why didn't I see it...

Hmm I've got some doubts about that list..

Like it didn't really look like Vader's shadow when Anakin was going off on his Speeder.

And well, NSYNC really wasn't in the movie I think. Thank god though

And no one in the world seems to have found 1138..

 

The Vader shadow thing is just before Padmé hugs Anakin, before he goes off on his speeder.

If 1138 wasn't the one in the sand, then I don't know where it is.

I wouldn't recognise the *Nsyncers if they were onscreen for five seconds anyway, but it isn't an *official* list anyway, just what I saw and what I think will be there.

As for Lucas' head, might be him, but could easily be someone else. We only see a head of hair.

 

1138 is part of lucas's first movie, THX 1138

and i remember in ANH, luke and han trying to rescue leia. when they were questioned they said prisoner transfer from cellblock 1138. rite?

EDIT: AOTC seems to be shown at GV Yishun 10 (2.45pm) and Shaw LIDO only. Till next Wednesday or so so I think. Now why did AOTC shown so short in Singapore? ?

 

Well movies in Singapore don't stay for very long, the market simply isn't big enough.

And..where was 1138 in ROTJ?

 

1138 is said to be seen all over the place. On the back of a battle droid, clonetrooper's back, on a ship's display, in the sand...

It looks vaguely like 1138, but it may not really be the 1138. It's when Padmé rolls down the sand dune, and then the clonetrooper runs over. The marks she made in the sand look a little like 1138.

 

Hmm... too bad I'm not gonna watch it again to see for myself

 

Have to wait for the VCD release next year?

 

Yeah maybe..but since the DVD is gonna be released, why buy the VCD? (Like TPM..)

Unless you get THAT VCD now but it's very risky and "unethical".

 

Haha nah I won't get the pirated one..but buying the VCD first and DVD later would make the VCD obsolete later. Right now don't really have much use for my TPM VCD, even though I can't play the DVD haha
