Episode 6 does not feature much Ahsoka. The focus is on the other characters. Thrawn and Ezra do appear

 

Hopefully this ep will give us some backstories and motivations for Baylan and Shin. Also, it is directed by Jennifer Getzinger, who directed for Mad Men and Westworld. Gonna be good.

 

Several years-old questions should be answered this episode. Best to set expectations aside and enjoy the ride.

 

I still don’t know if I believe Ezra and thrawn will even appear this episode and if they do it will be the very end I imagine

Every week I get more excited for the new episode.

 

My fear is we don't get Ezra at all. His lego figure looks like his holo. It's so distressing I can't come up with anything passably ridiculous to put in this thread.

 

I think they are likely to be the focus this episode, not Ahsoka.

 

Makes me worry he's carbon frozen and has had zero character development since Rebels.

 

I can't believe Filoni made the Smurfs canon and introduced Smurfette as the Nightsister's leader!

 

Definitely didn't expect the purrgil's to show up at Itchy's house for Life Day ceremonies and some VR soft porn.

I'm not surprised that Ahsoka was joined by both Pinocchio and Jonah, but I was not expecting them to be rescued by Captain Ahab.

 

If you remember 'The Jedi' episode in The Mandalorian, many people thought Ahsoka would just pop up at the end but lo and behold, she popped out very first scene.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a primarily bad guy focused episode with in between cuts of Ahsoka doing something.

Whether that means starting with Thrawn torturing Ezra or something, maybe that is a bridge too far but I wouldn't be surprised if this follows the format of The Jedi.

 

So, they get to the new galaxy and spend the entire episode sitting around playing Dejarik... Didn't really need Thrawn to keep reminding everyone that he's had a lot of time (years even! yes we know!) to practice. After his tenth straight win, I really wanted Chewbacca there to rips his arms off.
