St. Lou, MO All time favorite SW moment...

I'm in a random mood today. What is your favorite moment? Mine's when Vader throws the emperor over the side of the energy shaft... among other things...

 

There are just so many. One of my favorite scenes is just after Luke kills the Rancor. It goes something like this:

LUKE: Han!
HAN: Luke!
LUKE: You all right?
HAN: Fine, together again.
LUKE: Wouldn't miss it.
HAN: How we doin'?
LUKE: Same as always.
HAN: That bad huh?

It really just shows their relationship so well, with some dry humor thrown in.

 

I have a few fav moments...

• The Final Battle between Obi-Wan and Darth Maul. The best swordfight scene I have ever seen. So fast, so perfect.
• When Darth Vader reveals himself to be Luke's Father
• Luke puts the torps down the Death Star.
• Our heroes escape from Jabba the Hutt at the Sarlacc Pit.
• The Final Duel between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker
• The Seismic Charges in Attack of the Clones

I picked one from every movie, 2 from RotJ.

 

Any scene with Leia in a metal bikini!!!

Seriously, the one that "got to me most" (besides the obvious "I am your father") was when Han came back at the end of ANH. The coolest action sequence is the Darth Maul final duel (although I REALLY dug seeing Yoda open a can....).

 

I am a fan of the yoda duel....flame away.

Favorite scene is the space fighting in ROTJ. Probably the biggest reason I am not a big fan of the prequel trilogy, just don't have the giant space battles.

 

TPM - Duel between Obi-wan and Maul
AOTC - Obi-wan fighting Jango on Kamino in the rain.
ANH - Lukes trench run on the Death Star.
ESB - Vaders reveals he is Lukes father.
ROTJ - The Emperor being killed by his own apprentice.

I have a whole bunch too, but I can't think of all of them at the moment! Although I personally could have done without the metal bikini thingy, thank you.

Give me Wedge any day though! he's my buddy! Any moment that Wedge kicked @$$ rocks my socks!

 

Nah, I dig the metal bikini. One day I shall do that costume, one day...

Wedge rules too, not a bad looking guy.

 

I agree about Wedge. He's awesome and I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eatin' crackers.

If C2 counts that opens a WHOLE new can of worms! (Although most of my favorite moments there aren't really board appropriate )

 

I know i had quite a few of those kind of moments also.

 

The club on the top floor of the mall (4 clubs for one cover charge) ROCKS!!!!! If I go to CIII, that's why....... But the greatest moment was.. Ok, the day after the club night, 2 of our roommates couldn't move. And the other guy and myself realized from the lack of organization we weren't getting anything. So we filled our backpacks with beer. TPM- Padme's speech to the Senate
AOTC- Yoda's fight!
ANH- Grand Moff Tarkin destroying Alderan
ESB- The battle of Hoth love the AT-ATs
RTJ- Lord Vader's arrival at the second Death Star

 

These are some great moments listed...but Episode III is gonna own 'em all.
