PT Anakin Lightsaber Hilt Activation

    Hello all,

    I'm going to be getting a tattoo of Anakin's RotS lightsaber pretty soon and I have a bit of a noob question. Which part of the actual hilt is used to activate the lightsaber? Is it the gold rectangle shape, the red button, or something else? I only ask because I want to make sure that part is visible when I do get it on my arm. I'll post a picture for reference.

    The gold bar is the activation matrix.

    Judging from the clip, it seems to be a small button near the top of the saber just underneath the curved piece. On the side where the metal sort of juts out ahead to a point.

    Delta, I just Googled that term and you are in fact correct. I found a page in the encyclopedia that clearly shows that the gold bar is the activation matrix and the red button/dial are the length adjustment pieces. Thank you for this!
