This was another good end to the 2nd arc.

Man, I felt for Cinta and saw it coming. It was still hard though. She is such a loss to the cause.

Okay, I didn't have an issue with Benjamin Bratt. Sure, I would've liked Jimmy Smitts since we've seen him as Bail for decades. I get it though sometimes there's conflicts in scheduling.

I also loved seeing Doctor Gorst getting his. I hated how he got away with it last season and am glad Bix was the one to strap on the...whatever the device was to his head. He was asking for it.

As far as Syril goes, I really don't see him changing. He'll be ISB to the end.

If anyone is interested by the way, Varada Sethu is in the current season of Doctor Who for duel fandom lovers.

But Bix? She is totally rational. Yes, her revenge is disturbing. But it's very organic and it's natural. She and Cassian are like, "Okay. We have to do this. It's espionage. It's just a little convenient in this case."



The cinematography and the music are marvelous.

 

I think Bix's revenge will come back to bite them both. Revenge is a cold game

 

It was a mission assigned by Luthen technically though, right? The beacon was blinking...it was probably of course assigend to both because it was just useful for Bix to "stay healthy" and not be a liability for Andor and therefore for Luthen but the mission was necessary after I suppose Lonny informed them they weere extending Dr. Ghorst project right? It had to be stopped...

My late wife would say it about cray cray people as a joke. Everyone grieves in their own way. Sheesh. Lol. She would say it about people she got fired who messed wit her friends. In the case of Saw, he misses his sister, Steela, who was a magnificent leader. It's affected his mind negatively. He's a guy who should have retired and seen a therapist. That's what I mean. When he was fighting in the Clone Wars, that was another matter. Afterward, he just kept getting extreme. And some people in the Rebellion like Luthen Rael are extreme. So is Draven from R1. It just seems like Saw is the embodiment of pure libertarian and anarchism.

When I saw that last scene with Saw all I thought he's become like Col. Kurtz. He's totally lost it.

My favorite episode of the entire series so far.

 

I'm very late commenting on last week's arc, so just one brief thought: The musical swell and Mon & Perrin's arrival at the party was *so* 007, IMO. Great vibe.
