Andor Andor Season 2 Discussion (Spoliers Allowed)

In any case, per the rumored runtimes, the good news is that this will be the first live action season to have all episodes north of 40 minutes each.

The not so great news: The last three episode arc will be the shortest of the four.

I bit like skeleton crew, I wish there was away to get an edited version to watch them as long films. Mando is really the only one that is adventure of the week.

Just watched a video on YouTube where a guy has cut scenes and added musicto kenobi. Not what I meant..I think I'll stick with just clicking next episode straight away..cant image tinkering with Gilroys work

 

Not sure if this was already mentioned elsewhere, but it looks like Nicholas Britell was not available for much of season 2 due to personal matters. Apparently he did the score for two of the episodes, plus some additional themes, the rest was done by Brandon Roberts.

Oh man, that's a massive bummer. I hope the season 2 score will be good, but Britell's exceptional score for season 1 was so integral to making it distinct from all other previous Star Wars scores.

 

Britell still scored two episodes, and I’m certain the new composer will be working in that style.

 

So what colours will Mon sport that aren't white or cream, bold primary solid colours like green, red, black? I saw her with some blue in s1. She is in white so often to remind the audience who she is

Also does anyone else think that shot of Andor in the TIE cockpit looks like slices of pizza behind him? Anyone?

This talk about the recast of a Legacy character, rumor is between Bail Organa that i would hate and Grand Moff Tarkin who if needs be in this show has taken be recast.

Cassian's sister ??

 

These new clips look SO good. 45-second bits at a time, and they immediately pull me in and I'm engrossed. It's clear the writing is maintaining the first season's incredibly high standards.

In the Mon/Luthen clip, I'm guessing that it's Krennic who's pestering Sculden.

 

There is nothing about that clip that says "this is Cassian's sister" to me, but OK.

 

Just the emotional scene for me to think maybe family connection. I s tull hope they wont abondon the sister plotline and and what happened on Kenari.
