PT Annie Leibovitz PT Portfolio (High-res)?

Some of you may already know, but the famous photographer Annie Leibovitz made a portfolio during the production of the three PT movies for Vanity Fair. Does anyone have access or knows if there is a place where I can get high res copies of those photos (by high res, I mean close to 2K or higher)?

I've done some searching, but nothing came up greater than what you've provided. I didn't do all of them, but I used Google's Search by Image function, and tineye.com

This picture of Jango is ever so slightly larger, however:

I have the Vanity Fair magazines with TPM and ATOC, but I never got the ROTS edition.
