i just saw a commercial that they are going to show the final episode of athf on august 15 the mooninites are in this one along with a character that looks like a third blue mooninite.

 

I think it's spelled Space Katazz. The new mooninite is probably just going to be shown on the laste episode of ATHF, and used in the new show. Also in the line up for space Katazz are the Plutonions.

MC P Pants is pure genius. My friend just introduced me to the show, and it's completely halarious. I get a little annoyed my Shake sometimes, and I have to say that meatwad is my favorite character (my favorite line is in my sig too!)

 

Umm, are you sure the 8/15 episode is going to be the final ATHF ever ? Where did you hear about this ? The only reasons I ask is because its at the peak of its popularity and Ive read in a couple of places that there are four more episodes that are going to air after that new Mooninites episode. In fact, MC Pee Pants returns in one of them. Ill dig the link up and see if I can find it.


And when the hell is Space Cataz going to start already (and Im even as an actual episode, not a two second interlude before ATHF eps.) ?

True, Adult Swim has been known to mess with us in the past, plus wasnt last season's finale called The Last One ? I remember similar controversy then, too.


BTW, check out the link I provided in my post above for info on the eps. that will air between 8/15 and 9/12. They sounds pretty good !

 

i was at the Adult Swim panel at Comic-Con, and they were all talking about how they were just getting into their groove and they were really excited about all the new episodes for next season, so i think this is just AS yanking our chains.

they also talked about how SPACECATAZZ (or however you spell it) is going to be the new intro, replacing Dr. Weird and Steve. it's going to be a serial in and of itself, chronicling the epic battle between the Mooninites and the Plutonians. Inignot sang a Tenacious D-style heavy metal ballad about how epic it was going to be in this promo video. anyway, when you put all the SPACECATAZZ segments together, it was going to make one full episode of SPACECATAZZ, which they would later re-air in that format.

 

Yea, it'll be weird without Dr. Weird and Steve but I think that you get more bang for your buck with Space Catazz. Plus, how can you go wrong with an epic battle between alien superpowers ? BTW, I have to hear Ignignot sing that song about !

Oh, and the way theyre doing SpaceCatazz kind of reminds me of the Clone Wars shorts...

I think perhaps instead of erasing them entirely, they will just switch roles with the mooninites and plutonians. Instead of merely opening the show, they will actually have roles that interact with the main characters.


That would be sweet.

 

Its funny you mentioned the picture, because I was watching the commentary on Vol. 1 and the creators elude to the picture a bit. In fact, I think that the guy who does Frylock's voice said that he'd love to see an origin episode for the Aqua Teens. Have to say I agree with him there.

Yea, Ive noticed that they like to mess with us like that, but it wouldnt make sense for them to cacel ATHF now, Its more popular than its ever been. Anyway, Im happy that we'll be getting new episodes through October.


Oh, and Sunday's episode was great, too !

The ending had laughing all night where Shake and Frylock just kept cussin' out the standards and practices and the X's kept coming up on the screen.BTW,after this Sunday,an episode with MC Pee Pants will be coming up called Little Brittle.Also,doesn't Williams Street's new pilot seem alot like ATHF?
