Asajj Ventress obsession thread

She needs long curly blonde hair...and a talking dog sidekick.

 

How about curly auburn-red? Remember, she's Mara's mother. I was thinking, since she's got that whole twisted, dungeons-and-masks thing going, she probably likes to play dress up, too. So, maybe her hair color and outfits(..have you noticed her sense of style?!) change as fast as her mood? Yep. That's it. She's a master of disguises.
I have to tell you, my storylines for her are growing as fast as the images! She's so much fun.

I'm also hoping she turns on Dooku, he's already irritating her. Maybe it will be to help Obi-Wan. I still would love to see her present the Jedi with the Death Star plans. Yes, the Asajj Ventress herstory is proceeding exactly according to my plans... [fade out with Dr. Evil laughter...]

Hello, everyone! Yes, Ashandarei, sometimes we SW fans have to fill in the blanks when our favorite characters don't get the spotlight time they deserve...

The way I figure, Asajj & Obi-Wan are simply having waaayyyy too much fun chasing each other around. So, Mara is their daughter, which makes Ben Skywalker...[drumroll, please] Obi-Wan's grandson! And it also explains Mara Jade's penchant for the darkside. Like mother, like daughter, see? They also both seem to have a thing for Jedi...

It's also implied that he (Obi-Wan) unwillingly had sex with Asajj Ventress while captured, although I'm not sure if that would count as rape since it's a female forcing herself on a male.



Either I missed something in the novels and comics or I created an urban legend!!!!!

Has anyone read the preview for Obsession #4 yet? It looks like it's been delayed until March 23, but it looks intriguing.

OMG. I have to tell my boyfriend about this thread. Me and a friend of ours are in WONDER as to why he loves Asajj so much. I think it's because she's Sith, and she's bad as heck.

Personally, I like her a lot. I'm peeved that she's not in EpIII. My boyfriend's also working on an Asajj costume for me. It won't be done by CIII, but it'll get done within the next year *we hope*.

I am a Count Dooku fan, and the fact that she was the concept drawing for him adds to the liking of her.

I think she is just a fantastic character, who will die some pathetic EU death (uggh).

Let me assure my readers that this obsession is NOT sexual. An even though I am Bellasabrina's boyfriend and I am going to make her the costume, it will be FAR from our boudoir activities.

She is kinda hot though...

I agree completely, lolajade! I am soooo disappointed with the limited attention she's been given. Finally, a strong & fascinating female character, where's the action, already? I had been hoping this Obsession series would build the tension between Asajj & Obi-Wan, but so far, she's nowhere to be seen. Maybe the final comic will make up for it...

I really hope that won't be her fate. We've seen so much of that, though, FB Asajj, I admit I'm skeptical. I think she needs some main character stories, personally. Every little snippet she's been in so far is left unfinished. It's getting frustrating! I loved her scenes in Dark Rendezvous, and the other limited time she's gotten. Most of it has been well written, so no complaints there, but we need more depth, you know?

Even if Ventress is not in ROTS, I wonder if her name will be mentioned? Anakin is sporting the scar on his face that she gave him in Republic #71. I wonder if that scar is explained in the movie?

I was also curious, in the trailer I thought there was a scene that had Anakin without the scar. I am not sure if I saw that correctly though. It could have been there and I just did not see it because of the lighting. My point is, if he gets the scar sometime during ROTS that would increase the chance of having Asajj's name mentioned.

I remember reading that all the injuries that Anakin sustained during the Clone Wars would be mentioned, or some how explained, except the scar near his eye. I recall reading "You'll have to check out the EU for that," or something of the like.

IMO asajj is one of the greatist EU charchters ever, she will not apper in EP3(would have been nice but there would have been to much to explain) but who cares a love asajj and i hope theres more EU about here.....mabey here child hood or her as a jedi
