If Austin was frozen for 30 years, shouldn't his father be much older? I mean Myers is 38 and Caine is in his late 50's/early 60's. Therefore Austin would be around 60 if he never was frozen.

 

The Austin/Britney scene was supposed to be WestSideStory/ GAP commcerical parody...At least that's what I think. The whole movie was VERY good!! Best one yet in my opinion.....and it does leave it wide open for another movie...remember

I dunno...Scott as the main villain? I'd have a hard time with that. Hopefully Dr Evil will renounce his good side and revert back.

 

First five minutes were absolutely great. After that... ack.

I probably won't see it 'til it's out on video, though, but I know I'm gonna love it!

 

Also....Mike Myers said he'd be a fool not to make another Austin Powers. It was a special on MTV

 

This was a hilarious movie. I was supposed to see it tonight with a friend of mine, but neither of us could make it.

Things that made it not fit the others:
1)Dr. Evil's lazy eye is gone.
2)Doctor Evil and Mini-Me wore much brighter blue contacts.
3)No music scenes with Austin and his band before they switch to a new scene.
4)No explanation at what happened to Felicita.
5)Britney's fembot's face didn't blow up like normal fembots.
etc. etc. anyone else have any more?

Don't you think it was more of a Bad parody (they video not just poorly done)

Yeah like everyone else has been saying it was funny but not that funny. I was even disapointed in the much hyped cameos, I'm watching Muppets in space and it has like twice as many. I guess they aren't as high a calaber of actors but that was honestly kinda a let down for me.

 

I just saw Goldmember, and I loved it! Funniest of the three.

The dance video thing with Britney Spears reminded me of Michael Jackson's "Beat It" video.

Maybe that's what they were spoofing.

Weezer, how in the world could you like the Muppets in Space cameos better? Besides, if any muppet movie had good cameos, it was The Muppet Movie.

 

I liked the movie but it wasn't the best one in my opinion. It had a lot of funny scenes but a lot of flat points as well.

 

The curtain scene was gold! Also, I loved the cameos. I had no idea they were going to be in there.

 

Ok some parts made me laugh, Fook me and Fook Yu were hot. But on a whole the movie was not worth the money I paid to see it.

Anyways that stuff that somebody mentioned with the missing things in it, I think thats what brought the movie down in my opinion.

Also another thing to add:

No SHHHHHH 'es.

 

There were Shhhhhhhs! It was just shorter and edited down.

FOr some reason I laughed the hardes when Mini Me's shadow looks like a baby coming out . . . I don't know why. . . I guess I was just totally un-prepared for that!

The cleverest part was when Austin and his dad talk "English"

 

Better than part 2. But fell short of part 1.

Poor Number 2 and Frau were pushed to background characters really.

But the only thing i really did not like was there was no resolution to Heather Graham. Where did she disapear to?

Oh and the cameos were just too much. Britney Spears and Nathan Lane were too much.

But it was worth the money i paid

Does it REALLY matter? Remember this is a James Bond/ spy movie spoof . . . Bond girls always just kind of . . . go away. So did she . . . makes perfect sense to me.
