Average age of Star Wars fans?

anyone taking plastic sabers to c4? lol we can duel

 

Until recently, my 15 year old son and I would wack each other with light sabers every so often. I must have at least a dozen of the Target noise/light-up sabers. We'd get them out when his friends came over. It was fun!! In the past few months, he's gotten way to "cool" for that. Bummer!

I am 34 now and 35 by the time CIV rolls around. I remember seeing ANH in the theater about 10 times. Drove my parents nuts with all the toys, etc. They got a chuckle when they found out I wanted to dress up as a Jedi for Halloween this year and my wife thinks I am the biggest geek ever and has no idea why she married me...LOL

 

That sucks...Oh well, she did, and she can't leave you now. If she does shes a B!#$@...And you all know what I said there too.

I will actually just about reach the age of 18 when C4 rolls arround.

 

I love getting my issue of Insider Magazine and seeing all of the young children in costume in the "Bantha Tracks" section. And to see all of the envelope art drawings done by the kids is fabulous too.

Such passion at such young ages really makes a strong point: the future of Star Wars will be in good hands for decades to come. And that's something we should all jump for joy over...

 

Well I shall be 25 when C4 swings around but I will not feel like 25 when I get asked for ID when I want a drink.

 

I am 17, 18 by the time CIV is over with, I think that the Star Wars legacy will still go on, and hopefully not lose much, that is if Lucas decides to sell the rights to make movies.
I can't wait till I'm gray to see just what the reaction to Star Wars is, just think, if now, 20 years after the movies are made, people as young as I, and many others on these forums are still interested, then they probably still will be in 20 years from now, at least I hope, to see Star Wars end, would be the end of the Golden Age of entertainment!

Looks like we're getting younger here. Our last average age was around 32, right?
