Andor Bail Organa

It would be interesting to see Aldaraan from the surface perspective; far more than what we've already seen in the shows (and the brief glimpse at the end of ROTS). The Leia novel and graphic novels might be good sources (adventures with a young Amilyn Holdo, for instance). Of course you see more of her adoptive family. Maybe even end the series years later, where you see Bail and his family looking up in the sky to see the Death Star appearing above them...and then the screen goes blank.
