Both competitors start in the middle of the Battle of Utapau. The Separatist Droid Army won't hesitate to take the Jedi down.

Considering Saba was actually Grand Master at one point, and Ahsoka is just a cocky little padawan, I'm gonna go for Saba.

 

I want to vote for Ahsoka, but I really don't think she could beat Saba.

Ahsoka Tano, she is resourceful and was trained by Anakin. Not to mention she handled hardened Trandoshan hunters in hand-to-hand combat and bested them.

I really want Saba to lose because at least Ahsoka is generally likeable and Saba is just constantly meh after NJO ends...but Saba's way more powerful than Ahsoka. So she wins.

I'll say Tano would win, but only becaucause of her training by Anakin.

Saba is one of best blades and all inclusive fighter of her time, Ahsoka is a quick fighter nearly on par to Ventress. Saba wins, possibly with a blade lock and throat bite, or by using the droids enemy fire to kill Ahsoka.

Naboo - Nuvo Vindi's laboratory

Both competitors start in the same room. The Blue Shadow Virus has been released, so both competitors will be wearing helmets. There are also Battle droids guarding the entire laboratory who will try and take the Jedi down.

 

Galen sits this one out. The droids kill Zett.

 

Even if Starkiller wasn't so ridiculously overpowered, he would still win.

 

I think we all know what will happen...

Starkiller gets carried away and ruptures his own hazmat suit with his ridiculously video game force powers and takes himself and everyone out and unleashes the Blue Shadow Virus onto the surface of Naboo and that spreads to other systems and the galaxy has an epidemic on their hands and changes the way of life as we know it.

It's a no-win situation.

 

Galen would win with ease, but I like what Corellian_Outrider said.
