I used to love the song strange fruit...until someone told me what it was about... now I'm not so sure

 

I got two songs to go before I hear that...

Is it obvious what its about?

Well I alway's assumed it was about the Klu Klux Klan and stuff..slavery in the south..

But it's about German paratroopers who got killed jumping from planes in their invasion of Crete..and they were just left there to rot...

I watched A.I. last nigh. Man what a terrible terrible ending. Well acted though. Shame the picture quality was so dreadful
