Boga?

Boga was ok. Sad to see her die.

Lucas was friggin in love with that sound though. He was like an infant who keeps screaming just to hear his own voice.

 

Boga was great, the CG was excellent, loved the sound effect, and man, it was fast!

 

Boga was quite possibly the coolest thing about this movie.

Boga ROCKED! I loved it BECAUSE it made a silly sound but it did its job so well! Did anyone think upon first sight that it would be able to run so fast and climb walls and all that? That was cool!

Man Obi Wan goes from riding Boga before the purge to an Eopie after it. Reason enough to train Luke for revenge against the Emperor!

 

If I had a boga I would love it and take care of it and get it neutered so it wouldnt have any of those pesky problems. And I would let it scream its butt off whenever it wanted! lol!

He should've taken, uh, Boga the 2nd with him when delivering Luke. Yep.

 

I absolutely loved Boga. She was awesome!

 

I really wish they would have kept a few additional Boga scenes, especially the one from the book where she rears up to purposely protect Obi Wan. Her noise wa scool, but I honestly have to wonder why Obi Wan would choose such a noisy creature to ride after Grievous on. Hmmm...something about riding a giant, noisy lizard to the den of the enemy seems to scream "Here I come".

It was a fantastic looking CG creation, had alot of personality and was amiable.

I loved Boga but I agree. Too many cut scenes like the one which explains where, why and how Obi gets her.

 

The name Boga is the first name George used for the Sith.

 

Do you think the Boga was once a birdlike animal? It had a beak, feathers on its head and the yell was birdlike. What do you think?

 

It's species probably evolved from one.

All you people that didn't read the novel don't understand...

 

Boga made awesome sounds. Not annoying at all. I'd have also loved to see when Obi-Wan goes and picks her out amongst a group of other similar creatures and beasts. I don't think the Krayt Dragon sound in the ANH DVD is exactly the same as the Boga sound. I'll have to go back and check that.

I think I'm going to need to get the toy.

 

I'm going to keep trying Burger King to find the plush...
