B'ommar Monks are human, or at least near-human, correct? If so, how does their order survive? I haven't seen any evidence of females among them, and I don't think they leave their citadel. So how do they reproduce? If they're human then they can't be self-procreating so how does their order propagate?

B'omarr Monks "believed that by cutting themslelves off from all sensation they could enhance the powers of their minds and journey through inner space. Monks rarely spoke to one another, and even lectures were reduced to a single phrase or word. Committed monks eventually reached a point where tthey rarley moved. Durring the final stage of enlightenment, a monk was assisted in shedding his or her body through a surgical procedure. A monk's brain was removed and placed in a nutrient-filled jar. There, it was meant to spend eternity in perpetual thought. In those instances when an enlightened brain had businiess to attend to, it made use of a spiderlike mechanical walking apparatus."

Now to answer your question with a question. How do various orders of monks here on earth survive without women in the order?

Because of new, younger members joining.

I was under the impression that the entire B'ommar order was based in their Tatooine citadel, where criminal gangs have ruled for quite some time. Would not it be hazardous for B'ommar hopefuls to get to Tatooine, find their way to Jabba's Palace, gain entrance, brave the numerous murders, thieves, etc, all to join an order which is not well-known in existence nor in practices. Even monastaries in the farthest reaches of the Earth usually are devoted to a religion which is knwon in practices and in existence.

He didn't add to the Order in the least though. He was more a prisoner than a member. In addition, I don't think that the entire Order is made up of forcibly operated-on criminals.

You have to realize that the B'ommar's had to have known of secert passages in and out of the palace. And they had to have recruited from off of Tatooine to begin with, then founded a group on the planet. They likely recruited off planet all the time, as well as recruiting among moisture farmers and various other citizens from around Tatooine who wanted to escape from Tatooine life but couldn't afford to leave the planet.

They are also a splinter order from the Most Perfect Order of Kavin, so that may be another source of recruits.
