TV Discussion Concept Art-From paper to animation

I thought Saleucami was a 100x improvement in Cut and Run but this is 1000x over Innocent of Ryloth. Can't say enough about the animation.

 

The animation backgrounds, the lighting, the attention to detail and so on in The Bad Batch are amazingly brilliant; they blow me away each week as I watch them. They enhance the scenes unfolding in the foreground and give each place its own unique "feel" with the level of detail that is used.

The backgrounds are now something that I look forward to each week as they create that magical "Star Wars feeling" within me.

 

Very cool location. Reminds me of a spaced out version of Tolkien’s Dol Guldur.

 

I noticed that the animation team has also gotten considerably better at presenting cinematic compositions. The camera isn’t just zooming around or pointing at who’s talking anymore. There’s a really thoughtful and artful approach to how to frame things.
