ST Daisy Ridley (Rey) in Episode VII

yes, this is something I sense too sadly.

 

It took me a couple of seconds to realize that Leia does not, in fact, know Harrison Ford and that Daisy meant her actual mother.

Where? I missed that!

 

I am with the phone now but, have you guys seen Rey's pic with Chewie? She is piloting the Falcon. It seems to be after Han's death.

 

I can only see it on my phone, I can't see it on my laptop, it must be something to do with adblock. However, yes they look very upset and poignant a very sad image indeed

 

Where is this at?

 

Yeah, that definitely seems to be a post-Han shot. Their expressions say plenty.

 

For those not in the "know" that's a major spoiler - looks awesome though with Rey piloting the Falcon

 

Those not in the know might not consider that it is even a spoiler. It's not the first time we have seen someone else in the pilot's seat of the Falcon.




For those of us who follow this stuff, it is just more solidifying of rumors.

 

is it really surprising they look sad after all the stuff that happens to them on the adventure....

 

Thinking back, have we seen anybody (other than Poe Dameron) looking happy in the official stills/footage we've seen?

Edit: I remember Han looked kinda happy at the end of the second teaser. He won't he happy for long though

 

maybe it's not the force that awakens maybe it's their feelings.

 

Because Chewie and Rey should be happy after Han's death?

 

why not Chewie is glad he can finally be the Captain.

 

LOL, look where Rey is sitting. Chewie is still 2nd Mate.

 

that's just for now once he drops Rey off, the Falcon is all his finally, the walking carpet is rewarded.

plus Chewie is just sitting at his usual seat.

It can not be from the flight to Skellig as she is still wearing the same clothes?

It can not be from the flight after the freighter as Chewie get injured.

Possibly directly after they leave the Starkiller planet with Finn injured out back?

 

Yeah, I think it's leaving the Starkiller base. I imagine her clothes will be changed on the way to Luke.

 

They don't look like their in grief to me; more like they are concentrating on what they are doing. Could be the scene when they get away from some bad guy, Han and Luke were in the turrets when they left the Death Star in Star Wars, if you recall.

 

No way, look at Chewie slumped back in his seat. He's really depressed. Rey is just concentrating on flying and Finn's out back nursing his wounds.

 

Rey looks lost in her own thoughts while trying to pilot. Chewie looks lost, too. Both look really sad to me.

 

Interrupted by Leia coming over the comms;

"Han? Han? Are you there Han?"

 

You can pilot the falcon from either side. It doesn't really matter. Its more symbolic than anything else.
