ST Daisy Ridley (Rey) in the ST

Having seen her in a number of different outfits, I do think that blue and green suit her the best (not that she looks BAD in other colors mind you, certainly not). But:








These just "pop" more imo (ironic since they're traditional light side colors). I especially like the first one (the color, the design/pattern/texture, her hair, etc). She also looks pretty darn good (again ironically) in black.

 

Oh my... That Oscar dress is simply terrible! How does a handsone lady like Daisy allow anyone to dress her like that!

Totally love Daisy with this look. Such a simple but stunning fashion choice. And that hair homage rocks from the back. She is slaying it at the Oscars. Daisy truly belongs among the stars.

 

If I were a hopeless fanboy, then I COULD read WAY too much into the fact that she's wearing a grey dress and what I might mean for Rey's arc going forward.

Oh and that's a nice dress btw. Is that a flower design/pattern I see (it would fit her name after all)?

 

I agree. Too mother-of-the-bride-y. And that hem needs to be longer; it's the Oscars not prom night, for heaven's sake. She is a lively, cheerful person and a beautiful woman, she's 23 years old. She should be styled accordingly. *sigh*

Disappointing, but honestly I'm just happy that she's there. Can't wait to see her on stage. n_n
