Mini Series Darth Vader in Kenobi Series

The user who wrote about the "voice of a schizophrenic" did not mean anything bad.

It's one thing to disagree, it's another thing to cling to words. I'm just wondering what epithet can replace this offending word for someone? A hysterical voice is also not suitable, because hysteria is also a sad diagnosis. This is called getting out for everyone and everything. OK, I have a different opinion, and I'm just expressing it... But judging by the number of likes and some comments, it turns out that trying not to offend anyone with an extra word is more correct than just writing what you want without having a second thought. Or maybe it would be more correct to be simpler?

 

I found Vader´s showings in this episode (and the series) to be a pleasure to watch. His duel with Reva will probably become one of his favorite moments for me: she is shown to be a smart and capable fighter, and yet he is completely unfazed by her efforts. His elegance in the face of Reva´s ferocity is really a highlight of the episode!

 

you know he doesn't take you seriously when never uses his own lightsaber.

Someone in the Star Wars hating thread over by the community forums, said that they want to see an edit where Reva is removed from the scene, cause it would be an awesome Vader dance.

And now I cannot stop thinking about it 24 hours later. I really hope someone does this.

Anyone else think Vader looks odd in Obi or is that just me. He looked much better in Rogue One I think.
Today I took a closeup screenshot of Vader's mask in Empire and in the Obi show and I think they look too different. Rogue One is pretty damn close to the Empire mask though.

But I wonder if they are technically nearly the same in all 3 cases and it's a matter of set lighting in the Obi Show that makes him look, well...wrong?

 

I feel that the Darth Vader suit we're seeing in Obi-Wan Kenobi is the closest to the ANH version we've seen in any of the Disney LFL films. The only difference is having the shoulder armor OVER his tunic instead of under, like we see in ANH. But otherwise the proportions to me feel very ANH-especially in the face mask.

 

Well yes that's what puzzles me. "Shapewise" he looks like he sould but something seems off. Must be the lighting they use on the Volume.

It reminded me of Mindhorn doing his Jinga.

 

It does look very shiny in contrast to the sets. Almost like a nice set of rims on an old faded paint car.

 

His effortless dodging of Reva’s lightsaber strikes also reminded me of Luke dodging Rey’s swings of her staff in TLJ.

 

I do have to say, Vader looks really good here. As in his suit and helmet. He looks more like his ANH version, which has always been my favourite.
