Do you have any tattoo's or body piercings?

I have my ears pierced (done when I was about 10 yrs old), but that's it. I don't want any other piercings at all.

I'm terrified of needles, and considering that tatoos fade over time and your skin starts to sag all over your body, there's not many places I could have a tatoo that would look good when I'm 80 yrs old.

 

I have three tattoos, and I did have two piercings prior to my kids being born-nose and bellybutton. My tats are a black tribal across my upper chest-a real sexy flowing one, a Woodstock on my belly (from Peanuts), and a colored tribal cross on my thigh.
Piercings hurt worse than tattoos do-and hurt more during healing-tats just itch a few days.
As far as what they will look like when you are 80-nothing looks good then anyway-so what does it matter? All of mine are in places I can show off now, but hopefully will be covered up when I am 80. If you are that old and flashing cleavage and your belly-you have a problem. I think that NICE tats are very sexy, and are a very personal thing to the owner. I hate it when all the preppy girls go and get cutesy ankle butterflies though-how trite.
My motto of getting them is to never have one I cannot cover for a funeral, wedding, or job interview-no ankles-they show through hose, no forearms or hands, no neck, no face.
To any of you guys who think they look disgusting-you have not seen me in a low cut top.

 

Oh my. I have 13 piercings and 11 tattoos. I feel like a real small minority.

I guess most people think that they're disgusting. Reading some of the replies, I kept hearing my mother's voice..

I think I look great without tatoos or body piercings! I want people to be interested in me, not in the anything else "attached to me". My personality can shine brighter without any of these things!

 

There is no way I am ever getting a tattoo.

 

I don't have piercings (anywhere) or tattooes. If I was every inclined to get them, it's be ear piercings and wings tattooed on my back- that would be really cool.. but I don't think I'll ever be that inclined.

I have the Black Sun symbol on my back, between my shoulder blades, and my tongue is pierced.

 

None. But I might get a tatoo in the future.

 

I got my ears pierced in the 5th grade. By HS I never worse earrings except on dressy occassions. I very highly doubt I'll ever get more piercings or any tatoos.

But I really don't think they are bad on other people.... Except.... I am always amazed when people pierce their tongues! Ouch! How could you do that to yourself??? I could never. I have too much respect for my tongue

I also played trumpet and French Horn for 8 yrs and no brass musician could ever do that, so that's probably why i feel that way.

 

I have 2 tattoos, have worn up to 6 earrings in each of my ears, and have had my belly button peirced twice.( each time has ripped, so no more body peircings for me!)
I was considering another tattoo, but that can wait untill I'm a little older I think.

 

yep, tatts - morgaine le faye on a horse holding excaliber on my shoulder blade, a rose on my boob, and the mathematical symbol for infinity on my arm
piercings - 4 in each ear, 2 lip rings - centre and corner - tongue - nipples - neck

 

i have my ears double-pierced, but i want my nose pierced (it's cultural, not for the trashy look)

 

I only have my ears pierced once, and I never wear earrings... I would like to get a tattoo or two because I think they are cool, but I'm not sure it would be wise.

If I didn't have to worry about it being permanent, I would get:

An ace of spades on my right forearm (Worm, Rounders... yeah )
Some sort of homage to Memento
A cross somewhere...

I have one set of holes in my ears but want to get another. I'm also considering a tatoo in the future. Maybe after I don't live with my parents nymore.

 

I don't have any. But when I turn 18 I'm going to pierce my ears. My mom won't let me 'til I'm 18.

 

Unlike a lot of my friends, I've never felt the urge to have a tattoo. I did want to have my belly button pierced but two friends of mine have had that done and the infections they were unfortunate to suffer from put me off.

 

I have a body piercing on my belly button. That's all I want. I don't care much for tattoo's

 

I have 5 tattoos two jenna jameson and another nameless lady that cover my left leg from foot to knee, a chinesse dragon thatcovers most of my right shoulder and back, the chinesse zodiac tiger for the year I was born. a trible band taken from the white wolf werewolf game symbolizing the GET OF FENRIS tribe it is shaded with skulls and smoke. 9 body piercings I have half inch plugs ( metal tubes) in each ear above them I have 8GA (1/4) plugs. 2in my right eyebrow one in my left, both nipples tounge, as well as I plan on getting a small bull ring in the near future. I had one before but took it out. I'm also looking at doing an appernticship as a piercer.

 

i have no piercings or tatoos but that's only becoz of the lack of funds. once i get a job i'll have both
