Basically, just as the title says. I'm not sure if this topic was covered anywhere, but at least it'll give me some closure to know if he did.

    According to one interview:

"He goes back to Naboo and he's a representative," Lucas said of the controversial character, who is barely glimpsed in "Episode III." "He probably stays on the council, he's probably in the senate, because it becomes completely worthless. Senators are just for show, which they talk about in 'Episode IV.' Actually, in 'Episode IV' they get disbanded, so Jar Jar probably goes home to his wife and kids."

To answer your question, Jar Jar was likely on Naboo when Alderaan was destroyed, so he's still alive to yell "Wesa free!" at the end of the Return of the Jedi.

Why would Jar Jar have been on Alderaan?

He was a representative of Naboo in the Senate.

I bet that as soon as the ROTJ celebration ended, Jar Jar choked on a pretzel.

I'm just glad Lucas didn't add him into ROTJ like he did Hayden.

Well some people believe he did appear in ROTJ, as the gungan who cries out "Wesa free!" when Naboo is shown at the end.

No, no, no. You guys have it all wrong.

Jar Jar visits Darth Vader in the Super Star Destroyer Executor, annoying the Hell out of the Sith Lord. Vader takes advantage of the Gungan's blatant lack of grey matter and blows him out of a nearby airlock. Unfortunately, much to Lord Vader's chagrin, Jar Jar became one with the Force, thus haunting the man who was once Anakin Skywalker with his nonsensical atupidity.

Would Jar Jar be in his seventies or be elderly in SW years at the end of ROTJ?

I thought he was the same age as or younger than Obi-Wan....ish. Anyway, no, Jar Jar didn't die. The rule in movies is that if you didn't see it happen it didn't happen. This loophole has always been of great assistance to cheesy sequel makers.

Jar Jar rocks my galaxy. EXQUEEZE MEEE! Embrace the cheese. I hope the live action TV series follows the exploits of Jar Jar Binks as he bungles his way through the gap between episodes 3 and 4.
